Four computer programs are currently available:  EQFAULT, EQSEARCH, UBCSEIS, and LIQUEFY2.  To order them, first download and print out a copy of the Order form and CDMG License Agreement.  Then, fill out the forms and mail them with your check to the address shown on the form.

The general program-order-form provides for discount prices for new users when multiple programs are licensed the same time.  For program updates, use the forms accessed through the Program Updates page.

Use the Program Order Form button to download a copy of the program order form.  Use the CDMG Lic. Agree. button to download a copy of the CDMG License Agreement form (needed when you order EQFAULT, or UBCSEIS).
